Oncell触摸屏工艺Bubble的分析与改善研究

论文摘要

通过对Oncell触摸屏工艺(TSP)Bubble的定性分析与产生机理研究,发现液晶扩散不足和玻璃基板形变量大是不良产生的直接原因,并分别从产品设计、工艺参数、材料性能等方面进行改善性研究。实验结果表明:1)在产品设计上优化液晶滴下位置和框胶与聚酰亚胺配向膜间距;2)在工艺参数上管控真空贴合保持时间和ODF产出到TSP投入的间隔时间;3)在材料性能上提升玻璃基板厚度和框胶粘合力等,均有利于TSP Bubble不良的改善,最终TSP Bubble的不良发生率由最初的68%降低到0.1%以下。
