Abstract:Becausethecollected20extractedpremolarsfororthodonticconebeamCT(CBCT)imageinformation,usingmodelingsoftwareand3Dprinterstoproduceanewbionicdentalimplantporous,bionicimplantandpremolarswerepidedintoAandBtwogroups,bytheuniversalflexuralstrengthtestingmachinetestingtwogroups.Statisticaldifferencesandflexuralstrengthoftwogroups.

WiththeintroductionofCBCTscanningtechnologyandtherapiddevelopmentofCAD/CAMtechnology,theapplicationof3Dprintingtechnologyinoralimplanthasbecomemoreandmoreextensivein.sothatitcanachievetheuniformrequirementsofimplantmorphologyandfunction,andmakeimplantandnaturaldentalorgansbetterconsistentwiththebiomechanicalprinciple.Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexplorethefeasibilityandfeasibilityof3Dprintingporousbionicdentalimplants,andtoprovidescientificbasisforclinicalapplication.

Withthedevelopmentofdentalimplanttechnology,thevarietyofthematerialandshapeoftheimplantisincreasing.Atpresent,thedentalimplantsystemincommercialproductionhasthegeometricstructureofcolumnarorcone.Thecustomizedimplantcannotonlyprotectthehardandsofttissue,reducethetimeofrehabilitation,butalsoachievetheuniformrequirementofmorphologyandfunction,soastomakepersonalizedbionicdentalimplantintheexercisefunctionwhenthestressevenlyspreadtothesurroundingbonetissue;ontheotherhand,theporousstructureoftheporemutualconnection,whichprovidesconditionsfortheingrowthofbonecellsandfluidtransport.Whichisconducivetothestabilityofpersonalizedbionicdentalimplantgood.Inthisstudy,theuseof3Dprintingtechnologysucceededinmakingpersonalizedporousbionicteethareverysimilarwiththegoalofdentalimplanttoothshape,thenecktotheapicalsurfaceof1/3withporousstructuredesign,internalsolidstructure,setthe200μmporesize,aresearchshowsthatthegrowthofaperture200-500μmmoretobonecells,iftheporediameteristoosmall,canleadtocellblockage,hindertheformationofbonematrixandcellpermeability,thicknessasthebeginningofeachcrosssectionof1/5,porethicknessisappropriate,thereisnounifiedresults,alsoneedtodorelatedresearch.
